How long will my order take?
Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday. We try our hardest to get your order to you within 2 to 3 working days. Please make reasonable allowance for orders placed over weekends and during public holidays.
If we are experiencing any delays we endeavour to let customers know to avoid disappointment.
How Much does delivery Cost?
Delivery within the UK is £3.95 for standard delivery no matter how many items you purchase, or £7.95 for Special Delivery. If your order weighs over 2KG we may change your delivery over to courier, we will notify you of this. For guidence 2 or 3 costumes usually weigh under 2KG. Please contact us if you would like to know the weight of any costumes.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes! Your online credit card transactions are completely secure at Springersfancydress.co.uk. We use Worldpay as our Payment Provider, a recognised world leader in internet payments, we also accept Paypal, another world leader.
Where do you ship to?
Presently we ship to United Kingdom only. We are looking at posting to other European countries soon so watch this space.
I'm not sure which size to order, what do you recommend?
Most(but not all)costumes are made from stretchy material to accommodate a wide variety of sizes. We do try our best to size the costumes well using the manufactures sizes as a guidline. However, as like the high street sizes can differ between manufactures.
If you are unsure, it is always best to go for one size larger, than to struggle with an outfit that is too small. If you would like us to measure a costume for you please get in touch.
