Orders are usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 3pm or next working day by 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Approximate delivery times are 1-3 days within the UK once sent. For all those last minute party panic times when you need next day delivery please choose Special Delivery from the drop down menu at checkout.

If you place your order after our 3pm deadline and choose next day delivery please note that your order will be sent out the following day.

You may return items that do not fit or are unsuitable within 7 days from receipt of delivery.
If you wish to return/exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returned items should be in saleable Condition. This simply means that we should receive your returned item/s in the same condition you received it, in original retail packaging free from any odours including perfume and the smell of smoke. Please do not open any costume accessories until you have tried the costume on for fit, this is particularly important if the costume contains intimate items such as stockings.
Due to the nature of stockings, wigs, eyelashes and make-up we are sorry but we cannot accept returns on them.

You will receive a full refund on the value of the item, minuspostage and packing. 

All returns/exchanges must be notified and agreed in advance.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item from us please notify us immediately as we will gladly exchange it for you.
